Cereal-fed Iberian Ham Julián Martín
Cereal-fed Iberian Ham Julián Martín comes from Iberian pigs fed on natural fodder and pastures. It is cured for at least 36 months following the traditional method in natural wineries.
Raised in pig intensive farms, these animals develop their muscles better and improve the quality of each Cereal-fed Iberian Ham because of the fat interspersed within the meat, which gives Iberian ham its characteristic taste.
Cereal-fed Iberian Ham is obtained from pigs fed on natural fodder, pastures, roots; as well as natural and aromatic grass. This gives it a unique texture, taste and aroma, which makes it a ham of very high quality.
