Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).
Elaboration: select lean Iberian pigs raised in freedom.
Ingredients: Iberian pork meat and fat, salt, spices, lactose,dextrin, stabilizer (E-450iii), milk proteins,sugar, dextrose, antioxidant (E-316), preservatives (E-252,E-250), May contain traces of soy protein.
Curing time: 2 months.
Breeding: Iberian pig.
Format: whole piece vacuum packed.
