The Iberian Chorizo de Cebo Cular is the result of a natural blend with lean Iberian pork, natural spices, garlic and paprika from Jaraíz de la Vera. This majestic Iberian Bait Chorizo is stuffed in natural guts and held for four months in natural wineries in the Sierra de Guijuelo.

Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).
Elaboration: lean chosen from Iberian pork.
Ingredients: Iberian pork meat and fat, salt, paprika, spices, dextrose, lactose,dextrin, soy protein, milk proteins,antioxidants (E-300, E-301), preservatives (E-252,E-250) Natural pork gut.
Curing time: 4 months in natural wineries.
Breeding: Iberian pig.
