Filled in natural hog casing, Iberian Acorn-fed Salami is composed of chopped superior pork pieces and our special marinade. It surprises by its intense flavor, fleshy texture and delicate aroma of such a high quality piece.

Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).
Elaboration: lean chosen from iberian pork fed with acorns during the mast-feeding.
Ingredients: iberian pork meat and fat, salt, spices, dextrose, lactose, dextrin, soy protein, milk proteins, emulgents (E-450, E-452), antioxidant (E-331, E-301), preservatives (E-252, E-250).
Curing time: 6 months in natural drying sheds.
Feeding: iberian pigs.
