Features of the Iberian Acorn-fed Salami:

Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).

Preparation: made with lean of selected iberian pigs fed with acorns

Ingredients: iberian pork meat and fat, salt, spices, dextrose, lactose, dextrin, soy protein, milk proteins, emulgents (E-450, E-452), antioxidant (E-331, E-301), preservatives (E-252, E-250).

Curing time: 6 months in natural drying cellars.

Feeding: iberian pigs.
