This Iberian Cereal-fed Salami comes from lean selected from the best iberian pigs of Guijuelo, meticulously selected to guarantee the quality that is characteristic of Julián Martín's products.
This half piece of Iberian Cereal-fed Salami is made with iberian pigs' lean fed with completely natural feed all their lives, mixed with garlic, natural spices and pepper, the most typical spices for salami.
The process ends by filling the meat in natural pork casings. Then, the pieces are cured for 4 months.
