Feeding: high quality cereals.

Curing time: 24 months of curing in our natural drying cellars.

Elaboration: cured hams which follow Guijuelo's traditional method. Salted by hand in piles, natural drying sheds and cellars.

Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).
