Iberian Cereal-fed Ham Julián Martín
This Iberian Cereal-fed Ham Julián Martín comes from Iberian pigs fed on natural fodder and pastures. It is cured for at least 24 months following the traditional method in natural drying cellars.
Raised in pig intensive farms, these animals develop their muscles better and improve the quality of each Iberian Cereal-fed Ham because of the infiltrated fat within the meat, which gives Iberian ham its characteristic taste.
Iberian Cereal-fed Ham is obtained from pigs fed on natural fodder, pastures, roots; as well as natural and aromatic grass. This gives it a unique texture, taste and aroma, which makes it a ham of very high quality.
