Our Iberian Morcilla is the result of a careful selection of meats chosen from Iberian pork, select spices, salt and natural additives that we embed in artificial collagen guts for optimal maturation.

A high quality product and selected ingredients that we mature for a minimum of 70 days in our facilities in the Sierra de Guijuelo. This cured sausage offers an incomparable flavor and the guarantee of the best natural ingredients that allow its consumption in raw or for endless recipes.

This cured Iberian Sausage is made with raw materials of origin that guarantee a product of excellent quality.

Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).

Preparation: meats chosen in collagen gut.

Ingredients: Iberian pork meat and fat, pepper, paprika, salt, dried pork blood, soy protein, lactose, spices, antioxidant (E-301), preservatives (E-252,E-250). May contain traces of milk proteins.

Curing time: 70 days.

Breeding: Iberian pig.
