Iberian lean for a delicious piece in any of its versions! Our Extra Bait Longaniza is made from Iberian minced pork, paprika, salt and the best selection of spices.
To achieve an excellent piece of Bait Longaniza we knead the chopped to traditional use and stuff it in natural casing. The result is a fine, juicy and very tasty piece that everyone likes.
A very versatile product for cooking or frying about 500 grams. The Longaniza de Cebo is very representative in our Spanish gastronomy for its U-shaped structure that is recognized in any corner.

Features of the Iberian Longaniza:
Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).
Preparation: Iberian pork minced fed with selected feed and cereals.
Ingredients: Iberian pork meat and fat, salt, spices, lactose, dextrin, stabilizer (E-450iii), milk proteins, sugar,
antioxidant (E-316), preservatives (E-252,E-250). May contain traces of soy protein.
Curing time: 1 month in natural wineries.
Breeding: Iberian pig.
Format: 500 grams.
