Elaboration: lean chosen from Iberian pork fed with acorns during the Montanera phase.
Ingredients: Iberian pork meat and fat, salt, paprika, spices, dextrose, lactose,dextrin, soy protein, milk proteins,preservatives (E-252, E-250). Natural pork gut.
Curing time: 6 months in natural wineries.
Breeding: Iberian pig.
