Curing time: 12 months in natural dryers.
Breed: pigs 50% or 75% Iberian inscribed in the Genealogical Book.
Feeding: with natural feed and high quality cereals.
Format: Bait palette about 5 kilos of weight without the fan bone and peeled for a simple cut and better use of the piece. Vacuum packed and ready for consumption. Semi-bone weight between 3.3 and 3.7 Kg.
