The Iberian Bellota Loin is a traditional and quality product. This Iberian embellishment is made from loins of Iberian pigs bred in the freedom of our pastures.
The secret to their taste is the feeding of these animals based on the best acorns in the area, as well as natural herbs and pastures. Our Iberian Bellota Loin maturesover a period of 4 months following the traditional processes of the Guijuelo area. Only in this way do we guarantee its exclusive taste typical of the Julián Martín brand.

Features of Iberian Bellota Loin:
Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).
Preparation: Selected loins from Iberian pork fed with acorns during the Montanera phase.
Ingredients: Iberian pork loin, salt, paprika, spices, dextrose, lactose, dextrin, soy protein, milk proteins,
antioxidants (E-301, E-300), preservatives (E-252,E-250).
Curing time: 4 months in natural wineries.
Breeding: pig 50% or 75% Iberian breed.
Feeding: acorns, herbs and natural pastures.
Format: whole piece of 1.2 kg.
