Enjoy this machine-packed Iberian Bellota Loin and vacuum packed in individual 100 g envelopes. This Bellota Loin comes from 50% Iberian breed pigs and is stuffed in ripen casing for optimal maturation in our natural wineries of the Sierra de Guijuelo.
Handcrafted and regularly cut for its machinening, this piece of Iberian Loin is made with the best raw material and seasoned with Jaraíz de la Vera paprika and natural spices.
Its reddish color and a texture with the characteristic veining make this Iberian product one of the most exquisite on the market. In addition, it keeps intact its nuances of aroma and flavor until the moment of consumption. It is presented in a box with individual envelopes.
Characteristics of the Iberian Acorn Loin 50% Iberian Breeding:
Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).
Preparation: selected loins seasoned with Jaraíz de la Vera paprika and natural spices, stuffed in casing for healing.
Curing time: 4 months in natural wineries.
Breeding: pig 50% Iberian breed.
Feeding: fed herbs, natural pastures and acorns during the Montanera phase (October / March).
Format: 5 envelopes of 100 g each. It comes in an individual box.
