Our Iberian Chorizo de Bellota is characterized by its traditional elaboration with the noblest cuts mixed with garlic, paprika and natural spices that make this sausage have an unrivalled texture and flavor.

For its perfect healing it is tied and left exposed to the air in natural wineries with a healing period of 6 months,in which the chorizo is prayed and acquires the desired firmness.
