Machine-packed and vacuum-packed Iberian Bellota Sausage Envelopes with all its properties intact. This Iberian piece comes from Iberian pigs that feed on acorns in the Montanera phase and is made according to our traditional methods.

Machinening allows for a homogeneous and perfect cut for each bite. In addition, it is packaged at the right time to maintain all the nuances of flavor and aroma of a product of such high quality.

Salchichón de Bellota is made with lean Iberian pork,combined with pepper, garlic and natural spices. The process of making sausage ends in its maturation in dryers and natural wineries.

This boxed envelope format is perfect for any time and place, thanks to its ease of opening, storage and comfort. The quality of Julián Martín's own sausage is reflected in the range of reddish and purple colors that the product has.
