Features of Iberian Acorn-fed Loin :

Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).

Preparation: loin coming from iberian pigs fed with acorns during mast-feeding.

Ingredients: iberian pork loin, salt, paprika, spices, dextrose, lactose, dextrin, soy protein, milk proteins, antioxidants (E-301, E-300), preservatives (E-252, E-250).

Curing time: 4 months in natural drying sheds.

Breeding: 50% or 75% iberian pigs.

Feeding: acorns, grasses and natural pastures.

Shipping: whole piece (1.2 kg).
