Iberian Sailing Sausage, with a mildaroma, is manufactured in a totally artisanal process, traditional of the Guijuelo area.

It is a whole piece of Iberian sausage selected exclusively from Iberian pork leans.

The Iberian Sausage is presented in a whole piece of 180 grams, packaged in the vacuum after undergoing three months of curing in our dryabouts and natural cellars.

It is ideal to enjoy it anywhere and on occasion, as well as being easy to keep.

Features of Iberian Sailing Sausage:

Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).

Elaboration: select lean Iberian pigs bred in the freedom of our pastures.

Ingredients: Iberian pork meat and fat, salt, lactose, spices, milk proteins, sugar, dextrose, dextrin, protein

soybeans, antioxidants (E-301, E-331iii), dye (E-120), preservatives (E-252,E-250)

Curing time: 2 months.

Breeding: Iberian pig.

Format: whole piece vacuum packed.
