Iberian Cular Bait Sausage
The Extra Iberian Sausage of Cular Bait is made with meat from Iberian pigs of Guijuelo,fed with natural feed and raised in our own pastures, quiet places where you can exercise appropriately to make the meat as tasty as expected.
It follows a traditional process of Julián Martín,made with carefully selected Iberian pork leans, combined with pepper, garlic and natural spices, then stuffed in natural casing.
To achieve its incredible taste of this Iberian sausage undergo a handcrafted curing process in our drying grounds and natural wineries, for at least 4 months.

Origin: Guijuelo (Salamanca).
Elaboration: lean chosen from Iberian pork fed with natural feed.
Ingredients: Iberian pork meat and fat, salt, lactose, spices, dextrose, dextrin, milk powder, soy protein, proteins
antioxidant (E-301), dye (E-120), preservatives (E-252,E-250).
Curing time: 4 months in natural wineries.
Breeding: Iberian pig.
