This half piece of Iberian Cebo Sausage is made with lean Iberian pigs fed with completely natural feed throughout its life, mixed with garlic, natural spices and pepper, a species characteristic of sausage.
The process ends by stabging the meat in natural casing with its subsequent minimum healing of 4 months.
