This Iberian Cebo Sausage comes from lean selected from the best Iberian pigs of Guijuelo,meticulously selected to guarantee the quality that characterizes Julián Martín.
This half piece of Iberian Cebo Sausage is made with lean Iberian pigs fed with completely natural feed throughout its life, mixed with garlic, natural spices and pepper, a species characteristic of sausage.
The process ends by stabging the meat in natural casing with its subsequent minimum healing of 4 months.
At all times we work with artisanal processes, taking care of all luxury details to ensure optimal quality of Iberian sausage.

Elaboration: lean chosen from Iberian pork fed with natural feed.

antioxidant (E-301), dye (E-120), preservatives (E-252,E-250).
Curing time: 4 months in natural wineries.
Breeding: Iberian pig.
